Please note that due to differences in monitors and mobile phone screens, the exact color or texture of the final product may slightly vary from what is seen on screen. Therefore, products cannot be exchanged for this reason.

All sales are final, and we do not offer any return or exchange under normal conditions.

We will only exchange any product(s) if the product(s) received has a manufacturing defect, and the defect is reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.

The product must be unused with the label and tags attached. Products that have been used, have stains or marks, body odor, or a perfume scent will not be accepted for exchange. After a thorough examination, you will be offered an exchange with a product of the same price value or store credit for future purchases.

Possible exchanges are provided within 1 week of receiving the order.

There is no refund for shipping and handling charges.

Product exchanges are not possible once your order has been confirmed. To receive a different design or color, you will need to place a new order on the website.

Although customer satisfaction is a top priority for us, we recognize that it is impossible to measure a customer’s satisfaction relative to their expectations. For this reason, we cannot guarantee complete satisfaction with our products and/or service. Consequently, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns.

We reserve the right to approve or deny a returned product for an exchange.

All customers are hereby notified that as per the terms and conditions of COD, the courier company will not allow the customer to open the package before payment. Please do not ask the delivery person from the courier company to open the package before payment, as it is against the rules of COD in Pakistan. Thank you for your cooperation.

Shipping time for order delivery within Pakistan is 5 to 7 working days, provided the product is available. Otherwise, the customer will be informed regarding availability.

Delivery timing for international orders is 15 working days, provided the product is available. Otherwise, the customer will be informed regarding availability.
