Refund policy

At Nirshan, all sales are final, and we do not offer returns or exchanges under normal conditions.

We will only consider exchanging products if there is a manufacturing defect, and this defect is reported within 48 hours of receiving your order.

The product must be unused, with labels and tags still attached. Products that have been used, or show signs of stains, marks, body odor, or perfume scent, will not be accepted for exchange. Exchanges will be processed after a thorough examination of the product. You will be offered an exchange for a product of the same price value or store credit for future purchases.

Exchanges must be requested within 1 week of receiving the product.

Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Once an order has been confirmed, exchanges are not possible. If you wish to receive a different design or color, you will need to place a new order on our website.
